We are selling directly on 2 platforms in the US: the official website www.niteangelpet.com and our Amazon store (Niteangel Pet).

Do you ship internationally?

Our website only ships to the US, while our Amazon store ships internationally, which charges for shipping and import fee.

When will my order been shipped?

Normally the orders will be shipped within 5 working days, however it could delayed due to out of stock.

Why do I receive my order partially?

We will ship the items in 1 order together or divide it into several packages. Due to the system we use, our website only can show 1 tracking number, please contact us for more information about your order.

My order is missing/defective.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
